Jim currently has over 40 years of sales experience in the retail industry. His background comprises in-depth knowledge particularly in the retail grocery industry. Jim, along with his wife Betty, founded JBC, Inc. in 1983 and he serves as President/Treasurer of JBC, Inc.

Pam Poemoceah
Pam came to JBC, Inc. in 1991 after working as a sales representative for United States Chamber of Commerce. She holds a Business Management degree from University of Oklahoma. Her sales responsibilities are inside sales.

Leah Blake
Leah is our Vice President/Secretary she came to JBC, Inc. in 1996 after nine years experience in office management. She is a graduate of Executive Secretarial School in Dallas.

David Vaughan
David comes to us with an extensive background in sales and retail management. He has owned his own convenience store and managed stores for Spencer's, 7-Eleven, and Red Coleman's. David spent thirteen years as a sales representative for the wholesale beverage industry and he was a multi-unit supervisor for Red Coleman's chain of retail stores in Dallas.

Robert Duke
Robert comes to us with a retail and wholesale sales and management background. Our newest representative most recently managed a warehouse for Seltin Supply “a pipe supply and surplus company”. He has also held management and leadership positions for companies such as ICM Marketing Firm, Best Buy, and Adrenalina.
